Check out this video of snow golf from past SnowFests! Our 11th annual SnowFest at Loon Mountain is coming up on Friday, February 4th. Make sure to save the date and join us, WMUR-TV and WOKQ for some winter fun. Participants snowshoe, ski or snowboard around 2 nine-hole golf courses complete with tees and traps. Entry for a team of four is $500, and includes lift tickets, breakfast, lunch by the Common Man, après-ski party, goody bags, and corporate recognition. Individuals who just want to spend a day on the slopes can pay $95 for an all-day lift ticket, meals and goody bag. A variety of sponsorship opportunities are also available. Skiing & Riding Santa Day December 19th 2010
On Sunday, December 19, Windham Mountain (Windham, NY) welcomes all skiing and riding Santas in (family-friendly) head-to-toe costumes including a beard. A free ski ticket will be given for anyone dressed as Santa (pre-registration required-space is limited) for the day along with 2 more mid-week non-holiday vouchers. A minimum donation of $10 is requested and will be given to the local food pantry at Hope Restoration Church in Windham, NY. All Santa’s to meet at 9 am for gathering, tickets, group picture, and initial group ski or ride.
